I can say from personal experience that you shouldn't consume this spice before bed. It's spicy and can cause shortness of breath, coughing, and bradycardia.
I want to warn everyone: the seeds contain poisons, so it's strictly forbidden to use them without supervision. If poisoning occurs, you should quickly flush your stomach. To do this, mix water with ammonia in the standard manner and drink. Then induce vomiting and apply a cold compress to your stomach.
