Pansies, viola, violet
Everyone calls the flower differently.
He is very beautiful, smart and bright,
But he wasn't very tall, not very tall at all.Pansies, lovely eyes
They grow along the path in a cheerful crowd,
The flower is amazing, like from a fairy tale
Lilac, yellow and blue!
I love pansies and always try to sow new violets—some yellow, some red, some dark blue. There's a huge variety of seeds at the store, in every color and size. So, this spring, I bought a Viola wittrockiana, variety Germanica, a seed mix. The package has bright flowers with funny little faces, in a variety of colors.
Moreover, it says they bloom in the first year. But to be sure to enjoy the blooms, I decided to sow the seeds indoors. In early March, I sowed some of the seeds along with other flowers. The seeds sprouted quickly, the seedlings developed normally, and soon I transplanted the viola into a separate container.
And at the end of May I planted the seedlings in the flower beds in the foreground before the dahlias and in other places.

I wanted large flowers, and I eagerly awaited the first ones to appear. When they began to bloom, I was disappointed because all the bushes had yellow flowers.

In the spring I didn’t sow all the seeds, maybe from those that remained I would get violas of other colors.
