How to lose weight in our village: the best recipe based on simple ingredients!

Today, there are numerous weight loss medications and dietary supplements available, but each one can have a harmful effect on the body, leading to unpleasant reactions. And frankly, it's often the placebo effect and belief in advertising that's at work.

I believe the best option is to use beets and kefir, which cleanse the body and ensure long-lasting results. But that's not the most important thing; the fact that these products are readily available to village women means you'll know they're natural.

How do the products work?

Kefir and beets offer a host of unique properties for intensive weight loss, and when combined, their effect on fat cells is enhanced. What happens when you drink a drink made from grated beets and kefir:

  • bowel cleansing due to laxative effect;
  • removal of intercellular moisture, toxins and other harmful substances;
  • saturating the body with vitamins and microelements that provide energy and reduce hunger;
  • A large amount of protein allows you to replace ketone bodies, so fat burning occurs quickly (as with a low-carb diet).

Types of kefir-beetroot diets

Both products have virtually no contraindications and further improve gastrointestinal function. Moreover, doctors recommend consuming them daily. Today, there are many different diets based on these ingredients. There are 1-, 3-, and 7-day options, but such strict diets can impair the functioning of internal organs.

For maximum effectiveness and safety, it's best to spend a month on it, losing 5-10 kg without fasting or exercise. I only use this diet after the January holidays—over the winter and after heavy feasts, I gain a terrifying amount of weight. Since I don't do any physical activity (I have no desire to exercise—I'm happy to garden during the other seasons), this is the best option.

During the day, you can eat as usual, but it is better if the portions are smaller than usual.

Recipe

To prepare the drink, you'll need 0.5 kg of boiled beets and half a liter of low-fat kefir (1%). How to prepare:

  • peel the vegetable and grate it on a fine grater;
  • pour kefir into a cup;
  • add beets;
  • Mix thoroughly.

The drink has a pleasant taste and a beautiful, rich color. Drinking it every evening means you don't have to restrict your diet or exercise too much. Therefore, this diet is a joy for everyone, and even losing 5 kg can be considered a bonus.
