Ground rue for fractures, wounds, and ulcers – a universal recipe

Last year, I broke my leg. Due to my age, healing isn't particularly fast, so I tried not only topical ointments but also folk remedies. A herbalist friend recommended using bugleweed for a decoction and said the tincture was also great for arthritis/arthrosis symptoms. I also tested this on myself (I also applied it to my knees).

But I’ll say right away that I’m in the very initial stage (I’m not that old), which is probably why there was a positive effect.

What you will need:

  • 30 g dry grass;
  • 400 ml of boiling water.

Ground rue for fractures, wounds, and ulcers – a universal recipe

How to prepare and use:

  • you need to mix everything and bring to a boil;
  • boil for just a couple of minutes;
  • cover with a lid and let it sit until it cools;
  • then strain;
  • soak folded gauze in this strong solution;
  • place it on the site of inflammation;
  • cover with plastic;
  • change the bandage twice a day.

I applied the compresses for two weeks. They really help, so I'm happy to share them with everyone.
